毕业于中山大学中山医学院,师从著名药理学家颜光美教授;目前在Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research美国加州大学圣迭戈分校分所从事博士后工作; 在攻读博士学位期间,吴博士发现了microRNA在恶性胶质瘤中的多重调控功能,以及恶性胶质瘤诱导分化疗法的新机制,其研究成果发表于Oncogene,Molecular Cancer,Molecular Pharmacology,Molecular Oncology,Neuro-Oncology等期刊。目前,吴博士主要研究胶质母细胞瘤基因突变与生化代谢机制的联系。
